The WTS Gala is a signature event of the WTS International Annual Conference and serves as the official celebration where WTS Foundation scholarships and recognition awards are formally presented. Held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 6:00 – 10:00 PM PT, the Gala honors the next generation of transportation professionals while celebrating women and allies advancing the industry through leadership, innovation, and service.
All proceeds from the Gala directly support the WTS Foundation’s scholarship programs, educational initiatives, and long-term student engagement efforts, helping to build equitable pathways and invest in the future of the transportation workforce.
WTS Gala Attire:
The WTS Gala is a formal evening event. Attire ranges from cocktail to black tie. Guests are encouraged to express their personal style while respecting the Gala's formal nature. Comfort, accessibility, and individual expression are welcome and supported.
